Here are my top must-haves for running.

I always use a belly sweatband for running. It helps me to support my belly and facilitates my movements. In addition, it amplifies sweating and fat burning.

2. A running shoe
A good running shoe makes a huge difference while running. It gives your feet a better surface and support. Also, the shoes are not that heavy and have less foam. BTW, the shoes don’t have to be expensive. So, I have added the starting price for running shoes below.

3. A running app
I activate my running app always before running and add the goal I want to obtain. It helps me keep track of my running journey and progress. In addition, some apps event provide tutorials to improve running.
I personally use Nike Run Club app.
4. Headphone and music
I am so confident that I cannot run without listening to music. It helps me distract myself from body ache and makes my running fun. In addition, it gives me the energy to run a km further and faster. It’s my energy drink without any sugar.
Headphones also block traffic and other external noises. So, you can solely focus on running.
