I recently lost 30 kg and I cannot be more proud of myself. I obviously did not do it all by myself. I have a good support system around me and I cannot thank them enough. My weight loss or fitness journey has been fun and slow. I had no reason to rush. So, I set my own pace and my own program which ended up as a lifestyle. I did not follow trendy programs like Keto and others because I did not want to restrict myself from any food. It was also for my mental health and not stressing my body and mind. I love chocolates and taking them away from me meant interacting with another me. I just don’t want the hulk to come out.
My experience is personal and we each will have our own personal weight loss journey just because we are built differently and have different lifestyles. Thank god for the difference or we would all be the same and that’s boring.
I have not reached my weight and fitness goal yet and these premium contents will document my journey to reach my ultimate goal. I am going to share my daily exercises, tips, foods I eat briefly (Please take counsel from dietitians or doctors for diet. My food content is only shared related to my personal experience and it’s not a recommendation at all.) and more. I am not encouraging others to lose weight but If you do have a goal to lose weight, I hope my experience helps you.
